City Beat: Vuly Trampoline boss wins gong
Joe Andon, a young Brisbane entrepreneur – who now presides over a global trampoline empire – has chalked up another win. He won the Lord Mayor’s “business person of the year’’ award at a black-tie bash at City Hall on Friday night.
The 27-year-old innovator started Vuly in his childhood bedroom nearly 10 years ago. Since then, it has grown to become one of Australia’s biggest outdoor play companies – valued at more than $40 million.
