Delivery terms & conditions

By placing your order with Vuly you consent to having the courier drop off your order at your address if you are not at home at the time of delivery. This is necessary because it is difficult for the couriers to make a return trip if you are not home.

Please ensure that the shipping address you've provided is correct. Changing the shipping address once your order has been dispatched will incur a courier re-routing fee of $25 for accessory only/spare part only orders, and a $75 fee for trampoline, playset, swingset or slam pro orders.

Couriers cannot call prior to delivery. Deliveries can occur up until 6.00 pm local time.
