Vuly Warranty: What's Covered and How to Claim

Buying a trampoline, or monkey bars is an investment in years of outdoor fun with the whānau That’s why it’s good to know what’s covered by your Vuly warranty and what to do if something goes wrong.

Vuly products come with warranty cover for manufacturing faults and defects. Depending on the product and part, warranty cover can last for up to 10 years.

What Does the Vuly Warranty Cover?

The Vuly warranty applies when your product is used under normal conditions. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and component.

Trampolines – Vuly/Lift and Thunder Series

• 10 years: Frame Tubes and Joiner Poles
• 5 years: Springs, excluding Leaf Springs, and Jump Mat, excluding print
• 2 years: Trampoline Shade Cover
• 1 year: Other purchased trampoline parts, including Safety Padding, Safety Net, Net Poles and Leaf Springs

For models where the Jump Mat and Safety Net are combined, such as Thunder 1.0 and Thunder Summer, the Jump Mat and Safety Net are covered under the applicable 1-year warranty.

Trampolines – Ultra Series

• 5 years: Frame Tubes, Joiner Poles, Springs and Jump Mat, excluding print
• 2 years: Trampoline Shade Cover
• 1 year: Other parts, including Safety Padding, Safety Net and Net Poles

Monkey Bars

• 7 years: All Frame components
• 2 years: All Swing components
• 1 year: Shade Covers
• 1 year: Accessories

Basketball Systems

For both portable and in-ground basketball systems:

• 7 years: All steel components
• 3 years: Plastic and material components

Product Accessories

• 2 years: Swings included with or purchased separately from swing sets or play sets
• 1 year: Purchased accessories such as the Mister, Deck and Soccer Goal

Can I Extend My Vuly Warranty?

In some cases, you can extend a standard 1-year warranty to 3 years with $249 

The extended warranty must be purchased within 7 days of your delivery date.

Extended warranty cover is only available for products with a standard 1-year warranty. It does not apply to warranties that are already longer or shorter than 1 year.

For families planning years of outdoor play, an extended warranty can give you a little extra peace of mind. Sweet as.

How Do I Make a Vuly Warranty Claim?

Think your trampoline, or monkey bars have a manufacturing fault or defect? You can submit a Vuly warranty claim online.

Before you start, have these details ready:

• Your purchase details, including the purchase date
• Your product batch number
• At least 3 clear photos showing the manufacturing fault or defect

Step 1: Get Your Details Ready

Find your purchase information and product batch number. Take clear photos of the affected part so our team can see what’s happening.

Step 2: Complete the Online Warranty Claim

Head to the Vuly Support Centre and complete the online warranty claim form.

Step 3: Upload Your Photos

Upload at least three clear photos showing the fault or defect. Good-quality photos help our team understand the issue.

Step 4: Submit Your Claim

Once you’ve provided the required information, submit your claim. The Vuly team will review the details and get in touch with you about the next steps.

Not every issue is covered by warranty. Parts can also become damaged, lost or worn over time.
