Trampoline disassembly is very easy with Vuly Play!

Read on for some simple suggestions about how you can quickly and effortlessly take your trampoline apart.

When to Disassemble Your Trampoline

  • We strongly suggest disassembling your trampoline if it will not be used for an extended period of time. This protects the trampoline from sun exposure, storm damage wildlife, and unwanted users.

  • Please also disassemble your trampoline before moving to a new area. You should not attempt to transport an assembled trampoline, as the moving process may damage the components.

Preparing to Disassemble Your Trampoline

  • When disassembling your trampoline, ensure that you have an appropriate container in which to store all springs, nets, and other small items.

  • Placing these items in a pre-determined container will ensure that your assembly process will be more organised.

  • Do not try to assemble the trampoline or safety accessories if any components are missing.

  • You may find that taping the large pieces of the trampoline together is an effective way to ensure that no large components are lost. This will keep the main pieces together and allow for easier transportation.

  • Please do not allow other objects to rest on the components. Keeping the pieces in a safe location will ensure that they are not damaged from other large items that may be in the vicinity.

  • For long-term storage, softer components such as safety pads, nets and trampoline tents should be wrapped or enclosed to prevent insects and animals from chewing or nesting in the materials.

Disassembling Your Trampoline

        • Disassembly of the trampoline is often easier and quicker than when first assembling.

        • To do so, simply reverse the original assembly process.

        • If you no longer have a copy of the original instructions, you can redownload them here on our support page.

        • If the trampoline will not be in contact with heavy objects, it may not be necessary to completely disassemble each component.

        • Instead, you can keep some of the components partially assembled (i.e. the U-shaped leg sections from the frame or the poles from the safety-net).

        • Please ensure that no stress is placed upon the partially assembled sections, as their strength is at full force only when the trampoline is completely assembled.

Reassembling Your Trampoline

      • Trampoline reassembly is generally much easier and less time-consuming than the first installation.

      • It may be beneficial to use some form of lubricant around where each piece joins together, as any grease that was previously on the joint is likely to have dried.

      • Reapplying a new layer of lubricant, like Vaseline, may aid in the reattachment of each section.

      • Before reassembly, carefully check for any damage that may have been caused while the components were stored or relocated.
