Where consent is required, you can manage your preferences at any time through our Consent Management Platform, Cookiebot by Usercentrics, accessible via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of our Sites.

Where we do not require consent for certain cookies (for example, strictly necessary cookies, or in the UK, certain analytics and preference cookies that qualify for exemption under PECR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025), we will still provide clear information about those cookies and a means for you to object or opt out.

HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES

5.1 Cookiebot by Usercentrics (Cookie Preference Centre)

We use Cookiebot by Usercentrics as our Consent Management Platform. You can view, update, or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of our Sites. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookiebot allows you to consent selectively by category (Necessary, Preferences, Statistics, Marketing). Your preferences are stored and respected on each subsequent visit.

For cookies that do not require consent (such as strictly necessary cookies, or in the UK, analytics and preference cookies that qualify for the PECR exemption), the Cookiebot preference centre provides an opt-out toggle so you can object to those cookies at any time.

5.2 Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

We recognise and honour browser-enabled opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes, consistent with our obligations under the CCPA / CPRA and applicable US state privacy laws.

The GPC signal will be processed automatically. You do not need to take any additional steps to make the opt-out effective for your browser. If you are logged in to an account with us, we will also apply the opt-out to your known consumer profile where we can reasonably associate your browser with your account.

Honouring a GPC signal does not affect the use of strictly necessary cookies or cookies that do not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law.

5.3 Browser Settings

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Sites:

    1. The data controller for EU visitors is:

International data transfers: Where cookies result in personal data being transferred outside the EU (for example, to US-based service providers such as Google, Meta, or TikTok), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the applicable transfer mechanism. Where the EU-US Data Privacy Framework applies, we rely on that framework as an additional transfer basis.

6.2 United Kingdom (UK GDPR / PECR as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). The data controller for UK visitors is:

- Right of access (Article 15);

- Right to rectification (Article 16);

- Right to erasure (Article 17);

- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18);

- Right to data portability (Article 20);

- Right to object (Article 21); and

- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 7(3)).

To exercise these rights, or to make a data protection complaint, contact us at Legal@vulyplay.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with our data protection complaints-handling procedure.

UK residents may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

International data transfers: Where cookies result in personal data being transferred outside the UK (for example, to US-based service providers), we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs as the applicable transfer mechanism.

6.3 Canada (PIPEDA / CASL / Provincial Privacy Legislation) The responsible entity for Canadian visitors is:

- the right to access personal information we hold about you;

- the right to withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions);

- the right to request correction of inaccurate information; and

- the right to challenge our compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

To exercise these rights or to opt out of non-essential cookies, use the Cookiebot preference centre or contact us at sales@vulyplay.com.

Quebec residents (Law 25): You have additional rights including the right to data portability and the right to be informed of automated decision-making. You also have the right to be informed before your personal information is communicated outside Quebec, including to US-based service providers. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@vulyplay.com.

International data transfers (Quebec): Where analytics or advertising cookies result in personal information being transferred to US-based service providers (including Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation), we have conducted a privacy impact assessment and have implemented contractual safeguards to protect your information. Details of these transfers are available on request.

Note on upcoming legislation: Canada's Parliament introduced the Protecting Privacy and Consumer Data Act (Bill C-36) on 15 June 2026. While this Bill is at first reading and PIPEDA currently governs, we are monitoring its progress and will update this policy as required if it is enacted.

6.4 United States — California and Other States (CCPA / CPRA) The responsible entity for US visitors is:

California Residents — Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA:

- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We may "sell" or "share" your personal information (as defined under CCPA/CPRA) through advertising cookies such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, Reddit Ads Pixel, AdRoll, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and Pinterest Tag. To opt out, click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of our Sites, or manage your preferences through Cookiebot.

- Opt-Out Preference Signals (GPC): We recognise and honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and, where applicable, your known consumer profile. You do not need to take any additional steps. Our Consent Management Platform and tag management configuration are set up to suppress advertising and sharing cookies when a GPC signal is detected.

- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services.

- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

- Automated Decision-Making and Profiling: Some of our advertising tools (including AdRoll, Meta Pixel custom audiences, and Google Ads remarketing lists) use personal information collected through cookies to create profiles about your preferences and interests and to make automated advertising decisions. We do not knowingly sell or share precise geolocation data or the personal data of minors under 16 for targeted advertising purposes.

6.5 Australia (Privacy Act 1988 — Australian Privacy Principles) The responsible entity for Australian visitors is:

We handle personal information collected through cookies in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Our full Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information, is available at Privacy Policy .

Australian privacy law does not require explicit cookie consent banners; however, APP 1 requires that we are transparent about our data collection practices. By continuing to use our Sites, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the Cookiebot preference centre.

Automated decision-making (from 10 December 2026): Amendments to APP 1 commencing 10 December 2026 will require us to disclose the kinds of personal information used in significant automated decisions and the types of decisions made.
