Each Vuly accessory is sold with a class-leading warranty, the length of which depends on whether you purchased it or received it free as part of a promotion.

The Basketball Set, Mister, Deck, Ladder, Leveller, Skirt, Shade Cover, Wheels and Deluxe Tent are all covered under our accessory warranty.

What to remember about your warranty periods
- They always commence from date of dispatch.
- They do not reset or extend for any reason.
  - If you purchase a new product, it's covered by its own warranty period.
  - If you replace any parts on your product under warranty, it doesn't change the original warranty period.
  For example: If your Safety Net is replaced under warranty 9 months after purchase, you still have 3 months of warranty left on your Safety Net.
What your warranty covers
- Manufacturing faults and defects.
What your warranty does not cover
- Damage through normal wear and tear.
  - Including surface or non-structural rusting and UV deterioration.
- Damage through weather conditions.
  - Including wind and rain.
- Damage through improper installation.
- Damage through insufficient care or maintenance.
- Damage through inappropriate use.
  - Including commercial use and the use of non-Vuly parts.
- Personal injury.
- Installation.
What reduces your warranty cover
- Salt water body proximity.
  - Setup within 1.6 km of the ocean reduces Vuly warranty periods by 25%.
