As a very seasonal business, the number of team members at Vuly grows each year when the holiday season approaches. This year, recruitment is starting early! Demand for Vuly trampolines and swing sets has been so high that we enlisted 2 new Customer Sales and Service Representatives and 4 Warehouse and Distribution Assistants this last month alone. All those who purchase a Vuly in the lead-up to Christmas should have the best experience possible, and it's great people who make that happen.
A position is still open for a contracted, full-time Wholesale Representative in the Vuly Wholesale department. The successful applicant would work with our friendly team of account and business development managers to service our wide network of retailers. Experience in a previous sales support role and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are all must-haves!

Vuly has made some minor changes to its Warranty policy to accommodate for the release of its new range of swing sets and to clarify any areas of confusion for our customers. Vuly continues to maintain the same industry-leading, 10-year warranty on frames, its easy online claims process and the signature Half Price Parts for Life programme – all of which set Vuly apart from the competition.
In addition to incorporating swing sets, the updated Terms and Warranty make clear what parts qualify for Half Price Parts for Life on both trampolines and swing sets. It also clarifies the Vuly policy on walk-in warranty claims, installation services, order cancellations after dispatch and the effects of both salt water proximity and the use of non-Vuly parts on warranty.
